Deep Draw Components Manufactured
We have the capacity and skills to manufacture components with intricate profiles till a depth upto 250 mm.
We also have a fully equipped tool room, capable of manufacturing our own tools and dies based on customer part drawings.
Fabrication Shop
Machining Process
We have several conventional and SPM lathes to perform our machining operations. We ensure that our machined products have a Cpk of 1.67 or more as per customer specific requirements.
Welding Process
We have top of the line Synergic Mig Welding machines to suit our welding purposes. These machines enable us to produce parts with little to no welding spatters, a seamless weld, excellent weld penetrations and weld strength. We have a Welding Capacity up to 400A.
We also have the facility to design and manufacture our own welding fixtures, as per customer product needs.
